Our Staff

Kelly Warren is the Firm’s Director/Principal Solicitor. She joined the Firm in 2007 whilst finishing her law degree and was admitted to practice in 2008.  Kelly is a local girl from a farming family and has a broad knowledge of community issues.  Kelly has experience in many legal aspects and is especially interested in Probate and Administration of Estates and assisting people with planning for their future. 

Rachael Hopkins is one of the Directors of the Firm. She is also the Office Manager and go to Legal Assistant for the Firm’s Partners and professional members of staff. Rachael has been with the Firm since 2004 and has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry to assist all our clients.

Natalie Walters is the Firm’s Senior Licensed Conveyancer and has been with the Firm since March 2004. Natalie has worked in western New South Wales, Gunnedah and internationally as a Paralegal and/or Licensed Conveyancer and has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. 

Lucy Thomas is a Solicitor with the Firm and is based out of our Trangie office, where she lives with her husband and four children.  Lucy was admitted to practice in 2004 and her interests as a Solicitor are legal issues that face the rural community in particular, Succession Planning, Conveyancing, commercial transactions, Wills and Estates.

Emma Langfield is one of the Firm’s Solicitors and was admitted to practice in 2006.  Emma and her husband both come from local farming families and continues to manage a farming business with her husband.  Emma is interested in Estate Planning, rural Conveyancing and Succession Planning.

Brene Martinuzzi recently joined the Firm having relocated to Gunnedah from South Africa.  Whilst Brene is new to Australia, Brene has practised as a Solicitor for 13 years, having owned and managed her own Firm in South Africa.  Brene’s interests in the legal industry include Contracts, Commercial transactions and Debt Collection.

Alice Weatherley is one of the Firm’s Legal Assistants and provides support and assistance to the Firm’s Solicitors.  Alice was previously admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and has 6 years’ experience working in the legal industry. Alice grew up in Quirindi and has since returned to raise her family, her mother and grandparents being a farming family born and bred in Breeza.

Mikarla Commins is the Legal Assistant to our Licensed Conveyancer, Natalie Walters and also provides additional support to our Professional Staff.

Kim Cameron provides office support to all members of the Firm.
